Restaurateur Virgil Sadorra has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, claiming $200 in clothing as his only assets and over $600,000 in liabilities. Major creditors include mortgage companies and banks, the Internal Revenue Service as well as the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue.

According to an article on www.sundaygazettemail.com , Sadorra has padlocked Delish, his downtown Charleston restaurant that he operated as a nonprofit.

Over the years, Sadorra also ran other Charleston restaurants, including Cilantros’, Delish Express and the Vandalia Lounge.
